Wild Espresso Candied Bacon

Wild Espresso Peanut Butter Candied Bacon


Serves: 2-4 people


Ingredients:


4 oz NUTTY NOVELTIES ESPRESSO PEANUT BUTTER

12 oz package of your favorite thick cut bacon

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 

2 TBSP brown sugar 

Pinch of salt 

1/4 cup water


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Line banking sheet with foil and add baking rack 
  3. Combine espresso PB, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt and water in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Add a bit more water if needed to thin out
  4. Line bacon without overlapping on baking rack.
  5. Brush PB glaze on one side of bacon with a basting brush. Bake 10 minutes in oven.           
  6. Flip bacon and brush other side with glaze and bake 10 minutes.
  7. Every 5 minutes, flip bacon over to cook evenly until done. 
  8. Serve with breakfast, or in sandwiches, salads or any other meal you love bacon with!
