Grain Free Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup of Nutty Novelties Almond Butter
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Grease pan with coconut oil or butter (use silicone baking cups)
  3. Combine all ingredients and mix well until a smooth batter forms
  4. Add chocolate chips and fill muffin cups
  5. Add more chips on top
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until the edges are golden brown and center is firm
