Almond Butter Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 cup of Nutty Novelties Almond Butter
- 2/3 cup honey
- 4 eggs
- 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease pan with coconut oil or butter (use silicone baking cups)
- Combine all ingredients and mix well until a smooth batter forms
- Add chocolate chips and fill muffin cups
- Add more chips on top
- Bake for 25 minutes until the edges are golden brown and center is firm
