It took us almost a full year but this one's now creamier and more spreadable and we can't make enough! A very unique nut butter, we recommend it on sliced cucumbers, gourmet cheeses, vanilla ice cream, even pasta and grilled salmon. So so good!

Why is it so expensive?

Well, it’s 100% fresh roasted pistachios with salt. Have you seen the price of those things lately?!

What on earth do I do with this one?

Yeah this one’s super different from the rest of our line. We don’t do toast or bananas with this one (not saying you CAN’T), but it’s best highlighted on grilled salmon (usually dolloped on post-grilling as a garnish), or paired with some gourmet soft cheeses like a brie. You’ll look like a charcuterie hero bringing this on your next board!

Is refrigeration necessary?

We definitely wouldn’t with this one; warmer is the way to go and this one doesn’t experience much oil separation anyway.

What’s the shelf life?

We date out 9 months from production and always aim to ship the freshest possible product.
